Delivery Schedule When you place your order online, we'll send you a confirmation email immediately, to let you know we have successfully received your order.
Orders received before 4pm Monday-Friday are normally despatched the same day.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will "back order" for you. You will be e-mailed with an expected delivery time or the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. European customers can be exempted on providing us with valid VAT documentation.
